These resources are as follows : - 10.8 billion ECU to the European Development Fund. i.e. an increase of 45% in nominal terms and of 25% in real terms with respect to Lomé III. This amount includes individual allocations for the 70 ACP States (the "Indicative Programmes": 6.215 billion ECU) as well as other sectoral areas : structural adjustment (1.15 billion ECU), stabilisation of agricultural revenues (the "Stabex" system : 1.5 billion) and
