Strengthening coordination between Tacis CBC, INTERREG and PHARE has been and continues to be a priority for the Commission. Since most of the present Tacis-PHARE borders are expected to become Tacis/INTERREG borders in 2004 the emphasis of the work has been very much on the latter.
