Indeed, as far as the Atlantic provinces are concerned, I fail to see the connection between taking $974 million out of the local economy every year and the fact that the provinces would receive 40 per cent of $300 million over three years. It is really not the same thing.
C'est vrai, parce que dans les provinces Atlantiques, je ne vois pas quel rapport il y a entre le fait de retirer de l'économie 974 millions de dollars par année et celui de compenser par le fait que les provinces Maritimes iraient chercher 40 p. 100 des 300 millions sur 3 ans.
