In its arrogance and the mistaken belief that it is governments that create jobs, this Liberal administration has conceived a pipeline project. Not a magnificent nation-building project like the CPR and the Trans-Canada pipeline, but a tawdry politically inspired project to pipe federal government slush funds into every Liberal riding, with subsidiary lines into every other riding where there is a possibility of buying votes.
Avec son arrogance et sa croyance erronée selon laquelle ce sont les gouvernements qui créent des emplois, le gouvernement libéral actuel a conçu un projet, non pas un projet magnifique comme le chemin de fer du CP ou le pipeline transcanadien, projets qui ont contribué à l'édification de notre pays, mais bien un projet indigne d'inspiration politique où les fonds de la caisse noire du gouvernement libéral sont acheminés vers chacune des circonscriptions libérales ainsi que vers les autres circonscriptions où il est possible d'acheter des votes.
