15. For an initial investment linked to European territorial cooperation projects covered by Regulation (EU) No 1299/2013, the aid intensity of the area in which the initial investment is located shall apply to all beneficiaries participating in the project.

Pour ce qui est des investissements initiaux liés à des projets de coopération territoriale européenne relevant du règlement (UE) no 1299/2013, l'intensité d'aide applicable à la zone dans laquelle l'investissement initial est effectué s'applique à tous les bénéficiaires qui participent au projet.

1. Aid for cooperation costs incurred by SMEs participating in the European Territorial Cooperation projects covered by Regulation (EC) No 1299/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council shall be compatible with the internal market within the meaning of Article 107(3) of the Treaty and shall be exempted from the notification requirement of Article 108(3) of the Treaty, provided the conditions laid down in this Article and in Chapter I are fulfilled.

Les aides couvrant les coûts de coopération supportés par les PME participant à des projets de coopération territoriale européenne relevant du règlement (UE) no 1299/2013 sont compatibles avec le marché intérieur au sens de l'article 107, paragraphe 3, du traité et sont exemptées de l'obligation de notification prévue à l'article 108, paragraphe 3, du traité, pour autant que les conditions prévues par le présent article et au chapitre I soient remplies.

As regards aid granted to European Territorial Cooperation projects, the information referred to in this paragraph shall be placed on the website of the Member State in which the Managing Authority concerned, as defined in Article 21 of Regulation (EC) No 1299/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, is located.
En ce qui concerne les aides octroyées en faveur de projets de coopération territoriale européenne, les informations visées au présent paragraphe sont placées sur le site internet de l'État membre dans lequel se trouve l'autorité de gestion concernée, telle que définie à l'article 21 du règlement (UE) no 1299/2013.
