B. whereas in protest against the proposed amnesty bill, peaceful demonstrations began in Bangkok on 11 November 2013, spearheaded by former Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban, leader of the People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC), an anti-government group; whereas street protests continued despite the rejection of the amnesty bill by the Thai Senate;
B. considérant que des manifestations pacifiques, organisées pour protester contre le projet d'amnistie proposé, ont débuté à Bangkok le 11 novembre 2013, avec pour chef de file l'ancien vice-premier ministre Suthep Thaugsuban, président du Comité populaire pour la réforme démocratique, opposé au gouvernement; que les manifestations ont continué malgré le rejet du projet de loi d'amnistie par le sénat thaïlandais;

C. whereas on 20 November 2013, the Constitutional Court rejected a proposed amendment to the Constitution transforming the Senate into a fully elected body and also rejected an opposition petition to dissolve the Pheu Thai Party, which increased anti-government protests;

Following two proceedings initiated in June 1988 the Commission decided a) to impose a provisional anti-dumping duty of 6.7%, and b) to accept an undertaking from the Royal Thai Government for the imposition of an export tax of 1.76 baht per unit, to eliminate the effects of the subsidies found for all bearings with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 30 mm originating in Thailand.
