However, we are finding that if we pick up these young children early in the way we described, through knowing the parental history, in fact there are programs that have shown, especially for anxiety, that if you give these young people social skills training early on, if you give them relaxation tools, which sounds very basic, and tools of self-talk, you can avert some of the crises of anxiety disorders.
