Curiously, in the financial sector, we all too often see supervisory and control authorities that are distant from consumers and somewhat elitist, interacting instead with the first representatives that appear before them: industry people, institutions, market participants and those administering the infrastructures.
Curieusement, dans le secteur financier, on retrouve trop souvent des autorités de surveillance ou de contrôle éloignées du consommateur, un peu élitistes, interagissant plutôt avec les premiers représentants s'offrant à eux, à savoir les gens de l'industrie, les institutions, les participants du marché et ceux qui en administrent les infrastructures.
