Calls on the Commission, in assessing and reviewing the "Culture 2000' programme, to pay particular attention to the role and functioning of the boards of experts charged with selecting the projects, in order to make them more operational, not only in terms of independence, qualifications and representativeness of the specific characteristics and needs of the various cultural sectors, taking account of interdisciplinary cultural projects, but also to establish a horizontal approach and comparability with regard to the sectors and thematic content;
25. invite la Commission à, dans le cadre de l'évaluation et de la révision du programme Culture 2000, accorder une attention particulière au rôle et au fonctionnement des jurys d'experts chargés de la sélection des projets, afin de le rendre davantage opérationnel non seulement en termes d'indépendance, de qualification, de représentativité des spécificités et besoins des divers secteurs culturels, en tenant compte des projets culturels interdisciplinaires, mais également en termes de transversalité et de comparabilité des secteurs et des thèmes;

25.
