On the basis of these conclusions, Eurostat will collect and process the statistical data in the fields of asylum and immigration currently exchanged within CIREA and CIREFI, while non-statistical confidential information will continue to be processed in the context of CIREFI or CIREA on the basis of preparatory work carried out by the General Secretariat of the Council.
