The EDPS notes that the Communication does not only refer to the existing large scale-systems and those that might be put in operation in the near future (such as SIS, SIS II and VIS), but — in the same lines — also to the systems that might be proposed by the Commission in the future but the decision on which has not been taken yet (i.e. Registered Travellers Programme (RTP) and Entry/exit system).
