This rather illogical sequence of events forces us to work around a number of faits accomplis: any analysis, in the context of this proposal, of the rights applicable to all third-country nationals working in the EU must take due account of rights already enjoyed by skilled workers so as to avoid inconsistencies and seek to achieve a minimum level of coherence and consistency with the two aforementioned texts.
Le non-respect de cet ordre logique nous oblige désormais à travailler sur la base du fait accompli: ainsi, en analysant les droits applicables aux travailleurs issus de pays tiers dont s'occupe cette proposition, il faut voir quels sont les droits qui ont déjà été concédés aux travailleurs hautement qualifiés, afin d'éviter des contradictions et de rechercher un minimum de cohérence et d'homogénéité entre les deux textes.
