The competent authorities of the Member State to which the application for type-approval has been submitted shall, in respect of each type of vehicle unit, motion sensor, model record sheet or tachograph card which they approve, send within one month a copy of the type-approval certificate accompanied by copies of the relevant specifications, including those relating to the seals, to the authorities of the other Member States.
Les autorités compétentes de l’État membre auprès duquel la demande d’homologation a été introduite envoient à celles des autres États membres, dans un délai d’un mois, une copie du certificat d’homologation, accompagnée d’une copie de la documentation nécessaire, y compris en ce qui concerne les scellements, pour chaque type d’unité embarquée, de capteur de mouvement, de modèle de feuille d’enregistrement ou de carte tachygraphique qu’elles homologuent.

5. Where, in the course of monitoring conformity of production following the issuing of a type-approval certificate, a technical service finds that a vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit no longer complies with this Regulation, it shall request the type approval authority to require the manufacturer to take appropriate corrective measures and it shall request the type-approval authority to suspend or withdraw the type-approval certificate unless appropriate corrective measures have been taken to the satisfaction of the technical service.
5. Lorsqu'un service technique constate, dans le cadre du suivi de la conformité de la production postérieur à la délivrance de la fiche de réception, qu'un véhicule, un système, un composant ou une entité technique n'est plus conforme aux dispositions du présent règlement, ce service demande à l'autorité compétente en matière de réception de contraindre le constructeur à prendre les mesures correctives qui s'imposent et invite ladite autorité à suspendre ou à retirer la fiche de réception, tant que les mesures correctives appropriées, jugées satisfaisantes par le service technique, n'ont pas été prises.

2. If the competent authorities of the Member State referred to in paragraph 1 consider that a change of this type does not involve any change to the existing type-approval certificate, or the drawing up of a new type-approval certificate, they shall inform the manufacturer accordingly.

The tests provided for in the directive have to be performed in their entirety; subject to the agreement of the approval authority, they may be performed by the manufacturer himself; he may be allowed to issue the technical report; a type-approval certificate does not have to be issued and type-approval is not required.

5. The approval authority shall, within 20 working days, send to the approval authorities of the other Member States a copy of the EC vehicle type-approval certificate, together with the attachments, for each type of vehicle which it has approved. The hard copy may be replaced by an electronic file, provided that it is authenticated by means of an electronic signature or equivalent.

Dans un délai de vingt jours ouvrables, les autorités compétentes en matière de réception envoient à leurs homologues des autres États membres un exemplaire de la fiche de réception CE, accompagnée de ses annexes, pour chaque type de véhicule pour lequel elles ont octroyé une réception. Un fichier électronique peut remplacer la copie papier, à condition d'être certifié par une signature électronique ou par tout autre moyen équivalent.

1. The competent authority in each Member State shall forward to those of the other Member States, within one month, a copy of the type-approval certificate, together with the annexes for each type of vehicle that they type-approve or refuse to type-approve.
