The Commission has decided to grant the following emergency aid: Philippines: ECU 500 000 The beneficiaries are the victims of typhoon Mike which swept across the Philippines in November killing 354, injuring 595 and rendering 600 000 homeless. Serious damage was also wreaked on infrastructures.
