If the government had gone to the trouble of including the health costs associated with inaction, if it had considered the environmental costs, it would know that the basic premises of this study and this economic analysis are biased, far-fetched and based on unacceptable apocalyptic scenarios.
Si le gouvernement avait pris la peine d'inscrire les coûts de santé relevant de l'inaction, s'il avait tenu compte des coûts environnementaux, il saurait que les postulats de base de cette étude et de cette analyse économique sont biaisés, farfelus et basés sur des scénarios apocalyptiques inacceptables.
