9 (1) Any amount required to be paid by a contributor who makes an election under any of clauses 6(b)(ii)(A) to (F) and (I) to (L) and 6(b)(ii)(G) and (H) as adapted by subsection 12.2(2) of the Canadian Forces Superannuation Regulations or a member or former member of the reserve force who makes a top-up election under section 14.2 of those Regulations shall be paid on the same terms and conditions as set out in sections 16 to 21 of the Reserve Force Pension Plan Regulations as those that would apply to a participant in respect of a past earnings election under those Regulations and section 23 of those Regulations applies to any member or former member of the reserve force, who was in receipt of an annuity or annual allowance, in respect of any instalments resulting from a top-up election as if that member or former member had been a participant under those Regulations.

(a) the full amount, under subsection 15(2) of the Reserve Force Pension Plan Regulations, of a past earnings election made under those Regulations, as if it had been made on the day of the election for reserve force service, calculated as if the contributor were a participant under the terms of those Regulations, and their past earnings, determined under the terms of those Regulations, were the past earnings that relate to the periods included in the contributor’s reserve force service; and

4.5. 4. The budget allocated under this Regulation to Union actions referred to in Article 20 of this Regulation, to the emergency assistance referred to in Article 21 of this Regulation, to the European Migration Network referred to in Article 22 of this Regulation and to the technical assistance referred to in Article 23 of this Regulation shall be implemented under direct management in accordance with point (a) of Article 58(1) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 and, where appropriate, under indirect management in accordance with point (c) of Article 58(1) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012.
4. By endorsing the ‘roadmaps’ for Bulgaria and Romania proposed by the Commission, the Copenhagen European Council agreed, by way of a general approach for reallocation, that the ratio for reallocation should be fixed at 30/70, respectively, under the Phare programme set up under Council Regulation (EEC) No 3906/89 of 18 December 1989 on economic aid to the Republic of Hungary and the Polish People’s Republic (2), the special accession programme for agriculture and rural development (Sapard) set up under Regulation (EC) No 1268/1999 (3) and the Instrument for Structural Policies for Pre-accession (ISPA), set up under Regulation (EC) No 1267/1999.

The obligation to table a report on the monitoring of the grain handling and transportation system is clearly contingent upon the happening of certain events. Those events are the making or the amending of regulations under the authority of subsection 50(1) subsequent to the coming into force of the obligation and the use or communication of information under those regulations for the purpose of monitoring.
