In order to respect the adjustments to the Union quotas established by ICCAT, it is necessary to carry out the distribution of the fishing opportunities arising from this under-utilisation on the basis of the respective contribution of each Member State towards the under-utilisation without any modification of the distribution key established in this Regulation concerning the annual allocation of TACs.
Afin de respecter les adaptations des quotas de l'Union décidées par la CICTA, il est nécessaire que la répartition des possibilités de pêche résultant de cette sous-utilisation soit effectuée sur la base de la part respective de chaque État membre dans la sous-utilisation sans modifier la clé de répartition instituée par le présent règlement pour l'attribution annuelle des TAC.
