Since the start of the conflict, the Commission has so far contributed ECU 13 million (1991) and ECU 277 million (1992) in aid to former Yugoslavia, and this decision will take the total to ECU 507.35 million (USD 585 million), which is more than 43% of all international humanitarian aid to former Yugoslavia. 2. EMERGENCY HUMANITARIAN AID TO CUBA TO COMBAT EPIDEMIC NEUROPATHY: ECU 5.5 MILLION The Commission has approved an emergency humanitarian aid allocation of ECU 5.5 million to the people of Cuba, who are suffering from epidemic neuropathy.
