E. whereas the victim's lawyer, Abdul Rahman Al-Lahem, has been banned from the courtroom and from any future representation of his client after attempts to take legal action against the Ministry of Justice for failing to provide him with a copy of the verdict concerning his client so that he could prepare an appeal; whereas Mr Al-Lahem now faces a disciplinary hearing at the Ministry of Justice, where sanctions can include suspension for three years and disbarment;
E. considérant qu'il a été interdit à l'avocat de la victime, M Abdul Rahman Al-Lahem, d'être présent dans la salle d'audience et de représenter sa cliente à l'avenir, après qu'il eut tenté d'ouvrir une action judiciaire contre le ministère de la justice pour avoir omis de lui transmettre copie du verdict prononcé contre sa cliente, afin qu'il puisse préparer un recours; considérant que M Al-Lahem devra se présenter à une audience disciplinaire au ministère de la justice où les sanctions peuvent être notamment une suspension de trois ans et la radiation de l'ordre des avocats,
