During the on-spot verification the Commission asked for the evidence that the banks requested such documents or that these documents were provided to the banks by the companies or any kind of report issued by the banks proving that such credit risk analyses was performed.

Lorsqu'un agent déclarant s'oppose ou fait obstacle au processus de vérification ou à la collecte obligatoire des informations statistiques requises, l'État membre participant dans lequel se situent les locaux de l'agent déclarant apporte le soutien nécessaire, notamment en faisant en sorte que la BCE ou la banque centrale nationale ait accès à ces locaux, afin que les droits mentionnés au paragraphe 1 puissent être exercés.

The ECB or the competent national central bank shall notify the reporting agent in writing of its decision to verify statistical information or to collect it compulsorily, specifying the time limit for compliance with the verification request, the sanctions applicable in the case of non-compliance and the right to review.
