I have one question about something that's been bothering me a wee bit ever since I realized it. The UN Security Council removed the International Criminal Court's jurisdiction over acts of current or former officials or personnel from states that contributed to the UN stabilization force and multinational force in Liberia, unless a contributing state consents to the ICC exercising jurisdiction.
