Dromisky was raising questions with regard to regulating railway emissions—what I'm wondering about is what type of resources do we dedicate to this? My understanding, and you can correct me if I'm wrong, is that railway emissions, in terms of the vast scope of emissions that can be put out by automobiles or other such vehicles, I imagine would be very small in relation to the rest of all the other transport out there.
