Ms. Stephanie Meakin: I can't speak about all pesticides, but in the case of lindane, it was voluntarily brought by the canola growers of Canada to de-register the product based on what I can understand as economic concerns with new legislation in the States that would prohibit the importation into the States of Canadian canola seed treated with lindane.
