My question is this: Given that Canada is learning the hard way through the NAFTA panel ruling on MMT and other new challenges what investment treaties really mean, is the government planning to review publicly the full cost to our sovereignty of NAFTA, chapter 11 before it is extended to the WTO, the Free Trade of the Americas Agreement, or any other multilateral or bilateral treaty?
