2. Without prejudice to paragraph 1, this Regulation shall not affect the continuation or modification, including the total or partial termination, of the actions concerned, until their closure, or until the award of financial assistance by the Commission or funding bodies under Decision No 1982/2006/EC or any other legislation applying to that assistance on 31 December 2013, which shall continue to apply to the actions concerned until their closure.
2. Sans préjudice du paragraphe 1, le présent règlement n'affecte pas la poursuite ou la modification, y compris la suppression totale ou partielle, des actions concernées jusqu'à leur achèvement, ou jusqu'à l'octroi d'une aide financière par la Commission ou par des organismes de financement au titre de la décision no 1982/2006/CE ou de tout autre acte législatif régissant ladite aide au 31 décembre 2013, qui continuent de s'appliquer aux actions concernées jusqu'à leur achèvement.

This Regulation shall not affect the continuation or modification, including the total or partial cancellation, of the projects concerned, until their closure, or of financial assistance awarded by the Commission pursuant to Regulations (EC) No 680/2007 and (EC) No 67/2010, or any other law applying to that assistance on 31 December 2013, which shall continue to apply to the actions concerned until their closure.

This Regulation shall not affect the continuation or modification, including the total or partial cancellation, of the projects concerned, until their closure, or of assistance approved by the Commission on the basis of Regulations (EC) No 2328/2003, (EC) No 861/2006, (EC) No 1198/2006, (EC) No 791/2007 and (EU) No 1255/2011 and Article 103 of Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 or any other legislation applying to that assistance on 31 December 2013, which shall continue to apply to such projects or assistance.

Where a person ceases to be insured under Swiss old-age, survivors’ and invalidity insurance after a continuous period of insurance of at least five years, he shall continue to be entitled to be insured with the agreement of the employer if he works in a State to which this Agreement does not apply for an employer in Switzerland and if he submits an application to this effect within six months of the date on which he ceases to be insured.
Lorsqu’une personne cesse d’être couverte par l’assurance vieillesse, survivants et invalidité suisse après une période d’assurance ininterrompue d’au moins cinq ans, elle a le droit de continuer l’assurance avec l’accord de l’employeur, si elle travaille dans un État auquel le présent accord ne s’applique pas pour le compte d’un employeur en Suisse et si elle en fait la demande dans un délai de 6 mois à compter du jour où elle cesse d’être assurée.
