The Commission has approved an operation by which SKF GmbH, the German subsidiary of the Swedish SKF Group, and the German Industrieaufbaugesellschaft Schaeffler KG (INA) will combine their activities in the field of waterpump bearings in a newly created joint venture named Waterpump Bearing GmbH Co. KG (WPB).
La Commission a approuvé une opération par laquelle SKF GMBH, la filiale allemande du groupe suédois SKF, et l' entreprise allemande Industrieaufbaugesellschaft Schaeffler KG (INA) combineront leurs activités dans le domaine des roulements de pompe à eau dans une entreprise commune nouvellement créée nommée Waterpump Bearing GmbH Co. KG (WPB).
