1.5 In addition to the information referred to in section 1.3, an application that is made by telephone under section 1.2 by a non-resident who does not hold a licence, or who holds a licence but not a registration certificate for the firearm, shall include

14. For the purposes of these Regulations, a fish in the possession of a person under 16 years of age who does not hold a fishing permit, salmon licence, soft-shell clam permit or lake trout endorsement, but who is accompanied by a person holding a fishing permit, salmon licence, soft-shell clam permit or lake trout endorsement, shall be considered to be in the possession of the holder of the fishing permit, salmon licence, soft-shell clam permit or lake trout endorsement.
14. (g) "a trader who does not hold stocks" means a natural or legal person or a group of such persons buying or selling wine products on a professional basis but having no premises for the storage of such products;
