With this in mind, the EU must step up its diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflicts and encourage dialogue and reconciliation in the region. At the same time, it must impose without hesitation tough sanctions against any anti-democratic stance or violation of human rights and freedoms.
En gardant tout ceci à l’esprit, l’UE doit redoubler d’efforts diplomatiques pour résoudre les conflits et encourager le dialogue et la réconciliation dans la région, tout en n’hésitant pas à imposer des sanctions strictes en cas de position antidémocratique ou de violation des droits de l’homme et des libertés fondamentales.
