The Committee shall, having received an opinion from the Commission, adopt its rules of procedure which shall lay down the practical arrangements for its activities and, in particular, those for fast-track decision-making and cooperation with the other Committees which are competent for Safety and Health at Work, inter alia with the Senior Labour Inspectors Committee and the Scientific Committee for Occupational Exposure Limits to Chemical Agents.

In order to accomplish the above tasks, the Committee shall cooperate with the other Committees which are competent for safety and health at work, inter alia with the Senior Labour Inspectors Committee and the Scientific Committee for Occupational Exposure Limits to Chemical Agents, mainly by exchanging information.

Afin de mener à bien les tâches susmentionnées, le comité coopère avec les autres comités compétents en matière de sécurité et de santé sur le lieu de travail, entre autres avec le Comité des hauts responsables de l'inspection du travail et le Comité scientifique en matière de limite d'exposition professionnelle à des agents chimiques, notamment par le biais d'un échange d'informations.

13. Calls on the Commission to take the initiative in combating undeclared work, inter alia by encouraging the Member States to lay down regular rules of employment in sectors where undeclared work is rife, for example in the areas of domestic work and child care;
