New Zealand went even further and signed – together with Chile, Singapore and Brunei – the so-called MALIAT Protocol.[6] Further to the freedoms granted in MALIAT, the MALIAT Protocol allows seventh freedom rights for passenger flights and cabotage rights when continuing an international flight.
La Nouvelle-Zélande est allée encore plus loin en signant le «protocole MALIAT»[6] avec le Chili, Singapour et le Brunei. Outre les libertés offertes par l’accord MALIAT, le protocole MALIAT octroie des droits de 7e liberté aux transporteurs de passagers et des droits de cabotage pour la poursuite de vols internationaux.
