Urge contar con mecanismos de financiación flexibles e innovadores para aprovechar el efecto multiplicador de los recursos públicos y la AOD y captar más recursos del sector privado, los bancos de desarrollo y las instituciones financieras.
Daarom bestaat er dringende behoefte aan innovatieve en flexibele financieringsmechanismen om gebruik te kunnen maken van het hefboomeffect van de publieke middelen en de officiële ontwikkelingshulp en om nog meer middelen uit de private sector, van ontwikkelingsbanken en financiële instellingen te kunnen aantrekken.
