We agree that there is a need for cooperation with those European countries that, due to their geographic location, are in the front line for migration flows and have difficulty dealing with them, but this absolutely must not result in a European policy that tells the States whom they must welcome into their territory, based on the whims of the asylum applicants and a supranational administration.
Wij staan achter de noodzakelijke samenwerking met de Europese landen die door hun geografische ligging het meest rechtstreeks te maken hebben met migrantenstromen en die er niet in slagen hieraan het hoofd te bieden. Maar dit mag in geen geval uitmonden in een Europees beleid waarmee de lidstaten volgens de willekeur van asielzoekers en een supranationaal bestuurslichaam verplicht worden bepaalde personen op hun grondgebied op te vangen.
