TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

The Agreement on the European Economic Area (the EEA Agreement), was signed on 2 May 1992 and entered into force on 1 January 1994.
De Overeenkomst inzake de Europese Economische Ruimte (hierna "de EER-overeenkomst" genoemd) werd op 2 mei 1992 ondertekend en werd op 1 januari 1994 van kracht.

According to the Act of Accession of the Republic of Croatia, Croatia undertakes to accede, under the conditions laid down in the Act, to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, in accordance with Article 128 of that Agreement.
Overeenkomstig de Akte van toetreding van de Republiek Kroatië verbindt Kroatië zich ertoe onder de in de Akte neergelegde voorwaarden toe te treden tot de Overeenkomst betreffende de Europese Economische Ruimte, zulks overeenkomstig artikel 128 van die overeenkomst.

2. Under Article 82 of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (hereinafter ‘EEA Agreement’) the amounts of the annual participation of the EFTA States, as confirmed to the Commission by the Joint Committee of the European Economic Area in accordance with Article 1(5) of Protocol 32 annexed to the EEA Agreement, shall give rise to the provision, at the start of the financial year, of the full amounts of the corresponding commitment appropriations and payment appropriations.
2. Krachtens artikel 82 van de Overeenkomst betreffende de Europese Economische Ruimte (hierna de „EER-overeenkomst” genoemd) leiden de bedragen met betrekking tot de jaarlijkse deelneming van de EVA-staten, zoals overeenkomstig artikel 1, lid 5, van Protocol nr. 32 bij deze overeenkomst aan de Commissie bevestigd door het Gemengd Comité van de EER, ertoe dat de desbetreffende vastleggingskredieten en betalingskredieten aan het begin van het begrotingsjaar integraal in de begroting worden opgenomen.

The statistical authorities of the Member States of the European Free Trade Association party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (6) and of Switzerland should, as provided respectively for in the Agreement on the European Economic Area, in particular Article 76 thereof and Protocol 30 to that Agreement, and in the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on cooperation in the field of statistics (7), in particular Article 2 thereof, be closely associated with the reinforced cooperation and coordination.
De statistische instanties van de lidstaten van de Europese Vrijhandelsassociatie die partij zijn bij de Overeenkomst betreffende de Europese Economische Ruimte (6), en van Zwitserland moeten ingevolge respectievelijk de Overeenkomst betreffende de Europese Economische Ruimte, met name artikel 76 en protocol 3, en de Overeenkomst tussen de Europese Gemeenschap en de Zwitserse Bondsstaat op het gebied van statistiek (7), met name artikel 2, nauw bij de versterkte samenwerking en coördinatie worden betrokken.

(21 ) The Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA Agreement) provides for greater cooperation in the field of education, training and youth between the European Community and its Member States, on the one hand, and the countries of the European Free Trade Association participating in the European Economic Area (EEA EFTA States), on the other; the conditions and the modalities for the participation of the above countries in the programme shall be established in accordance with the relevant provisions of the EEA Agreement.
(21) De Overeenkomst inzake de Europese Economische Ruimte (EER-Overeenkomst) voorziet in uitgebreide samenwerking op het gebied van onderwijs, beroepsopleiding en jeugd tussen de Europese Gemeenschap en haar lidstaten enerzijds en de landen van de Europese Vrijhandelsassociatie die deel uitmaken van de Europese Economische Ruimte (EVA/EER-landen) anderzijds; de voorwaarden en regelingen voor deelname van bovengenoemde landen aan het programma worden vastgesteld overeenkomstig de desbetreffende bepalingen van de EER-Overeenkomst.

Whereas the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA Agreement) provides for greater co-operation in the social field between the European Community and its Member States, on the one hand, and the countries of the European Free Trade Association participating in the European Economic Area (EFTA/EEA), on the other. Whereas provision should be made to open up this programme to participation by the candidate countries of Central and Eastern Europe, in accordance with the conditions established in the Europe Agreements, in their additional protocols and in the decisions of the respective Association Councils, to Cyprus and Malta, funded by additional appropriations in accordance with the procedures to be agreed with those countries, as well as to Turkey, funded by additional appropriations in accordance with the procedures to be agreed with that country. Whereas it is essential for the programme to reflect wider international developments and agreements combating discrimination including the United Nations Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and the United Nations Standard Rules for the Equalisation of Opportunities for People with Disabilities.
overwegende dat de Overeenkomst inzake de Europese Economische Ruimte (EER-Overeenkomst) voorziet in ruimere samenwerking op sociaal gebied tussen de Europese Gemeenschap en haar lidstaten enerzijds, en de landen van de Europese Vrijhandelsassociatie die deelnemen aan de Europese Economische Ruimte (EVA/EER) anderzijds; dat moet worden voorzien in de mogelijkheid tot deelname aan dit programma door de kandidaat-landen van Midden- en Oost-Europa, overeenkomstig de voorwaarden die zijn vastgelegd in de Europa-Overeenkomsten, in de aanvullende protocollen en in de besluiten van de respectieve Associatieraden, door Cyprus en Malta, gefinancierd uit aanvullende kredieten overeenkomstig de met de betrokken landen overeengekomen procedures, alsmede door Turkije gefinancierd uit aanvullende kredieten overeenkomstig de met het betrokken land overeengekomen procedures; overwegende dat het van essentieel belang is dat het programma aansluit bij bredere internationale ontwikkelingen en overeenkomsten voor de bestrijding van discriminatie, met inbegrip van de Verklaring van de Verenigde Naties inzake de uitbanning van alle vormen van rassendiscriminatie en de normen van de Verenigde Naties voor het creëren van gelijke kansen voor mensen met een handicap ;

(31) Whereas the Agreement on the European Economic Area provides for greater cooperation in the field of education, training and youth between the European Community and its Member States, on the one hand, and the States of the European Free Trade Area (EFTA) participating in the European Economic Area, on the other; whereas Article 4 of Protocol 31 provides that the EFTA States participating in the European Economic Area shall, from 1 January 1995, participate in all Community programmes in the field of education, training and youth then in force or adopted;
(31) Overwegende dat de Overeenkomst betreffende de Europese Economische Ruimte voorziet in een uitgebreide samenwerking op het gebied van onderwijs, opleiding en jeugdzaken tussen de Europese Gemeenschap en haar lidstaten enerzijds en de landen van de Europese Vrijhandelsassociatie (EVA) die deelnemen aan de Europese Economische Ruimte anderzijds; dat artikel 4 van protocol nr. 31 bepaalt dat de EVA-landen die deelnemen aan de Europese Economische Ruimte, vanaf 1 januari 1995 deelnemen aan alle programma's van de Gemeenschap op het gebied van onderwijs, opleiding en jeugdzaken die op dat moment lopen of zijn goedgekeurd;
