The term ‘operation’ applies to both direct investment in a project (debt or equity) or an ‘operation’ (projects, programmes or facilities) with a financial or other intermediary but not, for the avoidance of doubt, to the underlying projects supported by such an intermediated operation.

However, none of the five national federations (some of which with large membership) are among them: The Bulgarian Farmers' Association, the Union of Agricultural Co-operatives, the Bulgarian Chamber of Agriculture, the Central Co-operative Union, and the Young Farmers' Association (which is a section of the Bulgarian Farmers' Association).
