The Commission welcomes Poland's transposition of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD, Directive 2011/61/EU).

„geldmarktfonds”: onderneming voor collectieve belegging die een vergunning benodigt als onderneming voor collectieve belegging in verhandelbare effecten, zulks uit hoofde van Richtlijn 2009/65/EG van het Europees Parlement en Raad (6) of is een alternatieve beleggingsinstelling uit hoofde van Richtlijn 2011/61/EU van het Europees Parlement en de Raad (7), belegt in kortetermijnactiva en heeft uiteenlopende of cumulatieve doelstellingen die rendementen genereren in lijn met geldmarkttarieven of houdt de waarde van een belegging in stand;
