1. By derogation from Article 6, applications for the EU Ecolabel for products falling within the product group ‘lubricants’ submitted before the date of adoption of this Decision shall be evaluated in accordance with the conditions laid down in Decision 2005/360/EC.
1. In afwijking van artikel 6, zullen aanvragen voor de EU-milieukeur voor producten die vallen in de productengroep „smeermiddelen”, die zijn ingediend vóór de datum waarop dit besluit is vastgesteld, worden beoordeeld aan de hand van de voorwaarden die zijn vastgelegd in Beschikking 2005/360/EG.

2. Applications for the EU Ecolabel for products falling within the product group ‘lubricants’ submitted from the date of adoption of this Decision but by 30 June 2011 at the latest may be based either on the criteria set out in Decision 2005/360/EC or on the criteria set out in this Decision.
2. Aanvragen voor de EU-milieukeur voor producten die vallen in de productengroep „smeermiddelen”, die zijn ingediend na de datum waarop dit besluit is vastgesteld, doch uiterlijk op 30 juni 2011, mogen zijn gebaseerd op de criteria die zijn uiteengezet in Beschikking 2005/360/EG of op de criteria die zijn uiteengezet in het onderhavige besluit.
