TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

The World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) listed infection with Bsal in its Aquatic Animal Health Code during its 85th General Session on 21-26 May 2017.
Tijdens haar 85e algemene vergadering van 21 tot en met 26 mei 2017 heeft de Wereldorganisatie voor diergezondheid (OIE) infectie met Bsal in haar gezondheidscode voor aquatische dieren opgenomen.

Regulation (EU) No 142/2011 (on ABPs) defines 'serious transmissible diseases' as follows: ‘The diseases listed by the OIE in Article 1.2.3 of the Terrestrial Animal Health Code, 2010 edition, and in Chapter 1.3 of the Aquatic Animal Health Code, 2010 edition, shall be regarded as serious transmissible diseases for the purposes of general animal health restrictions, as provided for in Article 6(1)(b)(ii) of Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009’.
In Verordening (EU) nr. 142/2011 (over dierlijke bijproducten) worden „ernstige overdraagbare ziekten” als volgt omschreven: De door de OIE in artikel 1.2.3 van de Terrestrial Animal Health Code, uitgave 2010, en hoofdstuk 1.3 van de Aquatic Animal Health Code, uitgave 2010, genoemde ziekten worden voor de toepassing van de algemene veterinairrechtelijke beperkende maatregelen, als bepaald in artikel 6, lid 1, onder b) ii), van Verordening (EG) nr. 1069/2009, als ernstige overdraagbare ziekten beschouwd.

3. The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 253 concerning the qualifications of veterinarians and aquatic animal health professionals undertaking activities which fall within the scope of this Regulation.

1. Where a disease not listed in Part II of Annex III constitutes a significant risk for the aquatic animal health situation or the environment in a Member State, the Member State concerned may take measures to control that disease.
