Subject to point 3.2.3. below, this objective is achieved in principle through the return of damaged habitats, species and associated natural resources services or waters or soils or subsoils concerned to baseline condition and compensation for any interim losses incurred.
Mits inachtneming van punt 3.2.3. wordt deze doelstelling in beginsel bereikt door de beschadigde habitats, soorten en daarmee verbonden ecosysteemdiensten of relevante wateren, bodems of ondergrond terug in hun referentietoestand te brengen en door te compenseren voor de tussentijdse verliezen.
