By virtue of the legal protection in Austria, only persons who have attained the age of majority may enter a casino, the casino’s management must observer gamblers’ conduct in order to determine whether the frequency and intensity of their participation in gaming jeopardise the minimum income required for their subsistence and customers may bring a direct civil action against the management for breach of those obligations .
Volgens deze laatste is de toegang tot casino’s uitsluitend voorbehouden aan meerderjarigen, moet de casinoleiding het gedrag van de spelers observeren om uit te maken of de frequentie en de intensiteit van hun deelname aan het spel een bedreiging vormen voor hun bestaansminimum, en kunnen bezoekers rechtstreeks een civiele vordering tegen de casinoleiding instellen wanneer deze verplichtingen niet worden nagekomen.
