By letter of 16 March 2004 the Council consulted Parliament, pursuant to Article 37 of the EC Treaty, on the proposal for a Council directive amending Directive 2001/113/EC relating to fruit jams, jellies and marmalades and sweetened chestnut purée intended for human consumption (COM(2004) 151 – 2004/0052(CNS)).
