Is concerned by complaints alleging fraud in the entry price system for fruits and vegetables as well as in the real monitoring of duty free quotas of some products; calls the European Commission and Member States to strengthen control mechanisms; in this regard, notes the proposals to align the modalities of implementation of the entry price system to the Community Customs Code in the next reform of the CAP, but considers that this has to be accompanied by a modification of the implementing regulation of the Agriculture Common Market Organisation to introduce efficient control measures; underlines that complaints from European operators have been brought to OLAF and to the Committee on Petitions of the European Parliament and that this committee has asked the European Commission to change the entry price system in order to end up with fraud;
