The Commission shall submit to the authorities of the third country concerned the names and characteristics of the third country fishing vessels which will not be authorised to fish in the Community fishing zone during the following month or months as a consequence of an infringement of the relevant rules under the agreement concerned.

1. A Community fishing vessel operating in Community waters shall be authorised to carry out specific fishing activities only insofar as they are indicated in a valid fishing authorisation when the fisheries or fishing zones where the activities are authorised are subject to:

Third country fishing vessels for which a fishing authorisation has been issued in accordance with this Chapter shall comply with the provisions of the CFP concerning the conservation and control measures and other provisions governing fishing by Community fishing vessels in the fishing zone in which they operate, and the provisions laid down in the agreement concerned.

This Regulation lays down control and inspection measures relating to fishing for stocks of the highly migratory fish species listed in Annex I to this Regulation and shall apply to vessels flying the flag of Member States and registered in the Community, (hereinafter referred to as Community fishing vessels), operating in one of the zones specified in Article 2.

1. Third-country fishing vessels shall be authorised to catch, retain on board or process fishery products in the Community fishing zone only provided they have been issued with a fishing licence and a special fishing permit in accordance with Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 1627/94 (1).

- to comply with the instructions of the authorities responsible for monitoring, particularly as regards the inspections prior to leaving the Community fishing zone,
- zij moeten de instructies van de met de controle belaste autoriteiten in acht nemen, met name met betrekking tot de inspecties vóór het verlaten van de communautaire visserijzone;
