As regards complementary national direct payments intended to complement the voluntary coupled support referred to in Chapter 1 of Title IV, the authorisation shall also specify the specific types of farming or the specific agricultural sectors referred to in Article 38(2) to which the complementary national direct payments may relate.
In de toestemming voor aanvullende nationale rechtstreekse betalingen ter aanvulling van de in titel IV, hoofdstuk I, bedoelde vrijwillige gekoppelde steun, worden ook de specifieke soorten landbouw of de in artikel 38, lid 2, bedoelde specifieke landbouwsectoren vermeld waarop de aanvullende nationale rechtstreekse betalingen betrekking kunnen hebben.

Payment entitlements shall be allocated to farmers who are entitled to be granted direct payments in accordance with Article 9 if they apply for allocation of payment entitlements under the basic payment scheme by the date in 2015 to be set in accordance with point (b) of Article 78 of Regulation (EU) No [.] [HZR] except in case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, provided they were entitled to receive payments, before any reduction or exclusion provided for in Chapter 4 of Title II of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, in respect of an aid application for direct payments or transitional national aid or complementary national direct payments, or, in the case of Cyprus, state aid, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 for 2013.
