TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Following the presentations made on 11 November 2009 by the competent authorities of Ukraine and the air carrier, the Air Safety Committee requested that the State Aviation Administration provides the following documentation in order to be able to determine whether the removal of Motor Sich at this stage is warranted: a) the verification audit of the air carrier's quality management system; b) confirmation that all aircraft of Motor Sich conducting international flights are equipped in conformity with ICAO standards, in particular: i) flight deck seat harness on aircraft of types AN-12, AN-72 and YAK-40; ii) flight deck quick donning masks on AN-12; iii) EGPWS on the aircraft of types AN-12 and AN-140; c) Confirmation that take-off performance data for all runways currently being used for aircraft of types AN-12 and YAK-40 by Motor Sich is available in the carrier's operations manual; d) evidence of satisfactory resolution of the 38 findings raised during 2009 by the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine during its oversight activities on the carrier.
Ingevolge de uiteenzettingen die de bevoegde autoriteiten van Oekraïne en de betrokken luchtvaartmaatschappij op 11 november 2009 hebben gegeven, heeft het Comité inzake veiligheid van de luchtvaart de luchtvaartinstanties van Oekraïne gevraagd de volgende documenten in te dienen teneinde te kunnen bepalen of Motor Sich in deze fase uit de zwarte lijst kan worden geschrapt: a) de verificatieaudit van het kwaliteitsbeheersysteem van de luchtvaartmaatschappij; b) bevestiging dat alle luchtvaartuigen waarmee Motor Sich internationale vluchten uitvoert, zijn uitgerust overeenkomstig de ICAO-normen, met name: i) veiligheidsuitrusting op de cockpitstoelen in luchtvaartuigen van de types AN-12, AN-72 en YAK-40; ii) zuurstofmaskers die snel kunnen worden opgezet in de cockpit van AN-12; iii) EGPWS in de luchtvaartuigen van de types AN-12 en AN-140; c) bevestiging dat in de exploitatiehandleiding van de maatschappij opstijgprestatiegegevens zijn opgenomen voor alle startbanen die momenteel worden gebruikt door luchtvaartuigen van de types AN-12 en YAK-40 van Motor Sich; d) bewijzen dat Motor Sich de 38 bevindingen die de luchtvaartinstanties van Oekraïne tijdens hun toezichtsactiviteiten in de loop van 2009 hebben vastgesteld, hebben verholpen.
