3. betreurt dat het Groenboek zich voornamelijk richt op het monistische bestuursmodel en onvoldoende aandacht besteedt aan het dualistische bestuursmodel, dat in Europa eveneens op grote schaal voorkomt; benadrukt dat de Commissie bij de herziening van het EU-kader inzake corporate governance rekening moet houden met de bevoegdheden en verantwoordelijkheden van vennootschapsorganen krachtens de nationale rechtsstelsels, en in het bijzonder met de verschillen tussen het monistische en het dualistische stelsel; verstaat hierna onder „raad van bestuur” hoofdzakelijk de toezichthoudende rol van bestuurders, die in een dualistisch stelsel over het algemeen aan de raad van toezicht is toebedeeld;

Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the Council, the Commission, the United Nations Secretary-General, the governments and parliaments of the member states of the United Nations, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Parliamentary Network for Nuclear Disarmament, Mayors for Peace, and the other organisers of the international conference on nuclear disarmament scheduled to take place in Parliament on 19 April 2007.
11. verzoekt zijn Voorzitter deze resolutie te doen toekomen aan de Raad, de Commissie, de secretaris-generaal van de Verenigde Naties, de regeringen en parlementen van de lidstaten van de Verenigde Naties, de directeur-generaal van het Internationaal Agentschap voor Atoomenergie, het Parliamentary Network for Nuclear Disarmament, Mayors for Peace, en de overige organisatoren van de internationale conferentie over nucleaire ontwapening die op 19 april 2007 in het Parlement zal plaatsvinden.

2. The first meeting of the Conference of the Parties shall be convened by the Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme no later than one year after the entry into force of this Convention.
2. Uiterlijk één jaar na de inwerkingtreding van dit verdrag wordt de eerste Conferentie van de Partijen bijeengeroepen door de directeur van UNEP.

3. The secretariat functions for this Convention shall be performed by the Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme, unless the Conference of the Parties decides, by a three-fourths majority of the Parties present and voting, to entrust the secretariat functions to one or more other international organisations.
3. De taken van het Secretariaat die verband houden met dit verdrag worden gezamenlijk uitgevoerd door de directeur van UNEP en de directeur-generaal van de FAO, tenzij de Conferentie van de Partijen met een meerderheid van drie vierde van de aanwezige en hun stem uitbrengende partijen besluit de secretariaatstaken toe te vertrouwen aan één of meer andere bevoegde internationale organisaties.

15. Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the Council, the Commission, the governments and parliaments of the EU Member States and applicant countries, the Co-Presidents of the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly, the Secretaries-General of the United Nations, African Union, Commonwealth, OECD, Interparliamentary Union and Organisation of the Islamic Conference, the Presidents of the United Nations General Assembly, United Nations Security Council, United Nations Economic and Social Council, European Investment Bank, World Bank and International Monetary Fund, and the Directors-General of the Food and Agriculture Programme (FAO), World Food Programme (WFP), and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
15. verzoekt zijn Voorzitter deze resolutie te doen toekomen aan de Raad, de Commissie, de regeringen en parlementen van de EU-lidstaten en kandidaat-landen, de covoorzitters van de Paritaire Parlementaire Vergadering ACS-EU, de secretarissen-generaal van de Verenigde Naties, de Afrikaanse Unie, de Commonwealth, de OESO, de Interparlementaire Unie en de Islamitische Conferentie Organisatie, de voorzitters van de Algemene Vergadering van de Verenigde Naties, de Veiligheidsraad van de Verenigde Naties, de Economische en Sociale Raad van de Verenigde Naties, de Europese Investeringsbank, de Wereldbank en het Internationaal Monetair Fond, alsmede aan de directeuren-generaal van de Voedsel- en Landbouworganisatie (FAO), het Wereldvoedselprograma (WFP) en het Ontwikkelingsprogramma van de Verenigde Naties (UNDP).
