Whereas Article 1 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1767/68 2 of 6 November 1968 on the system of minimum prices for exports to third countries of flowering corms, bulbs and tubers, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1946/70 3, provides that the minimum export prices should be fixed each year not later than 31 October, with the exception of those for begonias, sinningias, gladioli, dahlias and the lilium species which must be fixed not later than 31 December and that each Member State should communicate each year, before 1 December in respect of begonias, sinningias, gladioli, dahlias and the lilium species and before 15 October in respect of other products covered by the minimum export price system, all information necessary for assessing price trends on international markets and for the fixing of minimum prices;
Overwegende dat in artikel 1 van Verordening ( EEG ) nr . 1767/68 van de Commissie van 6 november 1968 betreffende het stelsel van de minimumprijzen bij uitvoer van bloembollen en bloemknollen naar derde landen ( 2 ) , gewijzigd bij Verordening ( EEG ) nr . 1946/70 ( 3 ) , wordt bepaald dat de minimumprijzen bij uitvoer elk jaar uiterlijk op 31 oktober worden vastgesteld , behalve voor Begonia , Sinningia , Gladiolen , Dahlia en Lilium waarvan de minimumprijzen uiterlijk op 31 december moeten worden vastgesteld , en dat elke Lid-Staat jaarlijks , voor 1 december voor Begonia , Sinningia , Gladiolen , Dahlia en Lilium en voor 15 oktober voor de andere produkten welke onderworpen zijn aan het stelsel van minimumprijzen bij uitvoer , alle gegevens verstrekt welke dienstig zijn voor de beoordeling van de prijsontwikkeling op de internationale markten en van het niveau van de vast te stellen minimumprijzen ;

The minimum export prices provided for in Article 7 of Regulation (EEC) No 234/68 shall be fixed each year not later than: - 31 March for begonias, sinningias, gladioli, dahlias and the lilium species;

3. Before 1 December each year each Member State shall communicate the following information to the Commission and to other Member States in respect of begonias, sinningias, gladioli, dahlias and the lilium species, and before 15 October each year in respect of other products covered by the minimum export price system: 1OJ No L 55, 2.3.1968, p. 1. - all information necessary for assessing price trends on international markets and for the fixing of minimum prices;
3 . Elke Lid-Staat verstrekt jaarlijks , v}}r 1 december voor Begonia , Sinningia , Gladiolen , Dahlia en Lilium en v}}r 15 oktober voor de andere produkten welke onderworpen zijn aan het stelsel van minimumprijzen bij uitvoer aan de Commissie en aan de andere Lid-Staten de volgende inlichtingen :

1. The minimum export prices provided for in Article 7 of Regulation (EEC) No 234/68 shall be fixed each year not later than 31 October, with the exception of those for begonias, sinningias, gladioli, dahlias and the lilium species, which must be fixed not later than 31 December.
