Confidentiality requirements for commercially sensitive information are, however, particularly relevant where data of a commercially strategic nature for the company are concerned, where there is only one single user for a storage facility, or where data are concerned regarding exit points within a system or subsystem that is not connected to another transmission or distribution system but to a single industrial final customer, where the publication of such data would reveal confidential information as to the production process of that customer.
Vertrouwelijkheidsvoorschriften voor commercieel gevoelige informatie zijn echter van groot belang als het gegevens met een voor het bedrijf commercieel strategisch karakter betreft, als een opslaginstallatie slechts één gebruiker heeft, of als het gaat om gegevens over exitpunten binnen een systeem of subsysteem die niet met een ander transmissie- of distributiesysteem verbonden zijn maar met een enkele industriële eindverbruiker indien door de publicatie van dergelijke gegevens vertrouwelijke informatie over het productieproces van deze verbruiker wordt vrijgegeven.
