TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

22. Remains seriously concerned about the shortcomings which remain in the management information system on the results and the follow-up of external audits and expenditure verifications, despite the Commission’s commitment to improve the Common Relex Information System (CRIS) data quality in 2012; calls on the Commission to double efforts to develop and launch the CRIS-related audit module, and in particular the follow-up of all audit reports, in the immediate future;

The principal modifications which should be considered are : - to modulate significantly the aid paid to producers to encourage the production of higher quality tobacco; - to introduce the possibility for producers to cease tobacco production through a quota buy-back scheme; - to make the quota system more flexible in particular by encouraging transfers towards variety groups for which there is a greater demand; - to double the contribution to the Tobacco Research and Information Fund to 2% of the funds paid in premia.
Belangrijkste voorgestelde wijzigingen : - differentiëring van een belagrijk gedeelte van de steun voor de telers om de produktie van tabak van betere kwaliteit te bevorderen; - invoering van de mogelijkheid voor de telers om de verbouw van tabak via een quota-opkoopregeling te beëindigen; - versoepeling van de quotaregeling door de overdracht van hoeveelheden naar tabaksvarieteiten waarnaar een grotere vraag is; - verdubbeling van de aan het Fonds voor Onderzoek en Informatie over Tabak toegewezen financiële middelen door de inhouding op de premie tot 2 % te verhogen.
