The Rapporteur has some concerns regarding the inclusion of the three substances of pharmaceutical relevance in the list: the natural hormone 17 beta-estradiol and the synthetic hormone 17 alpha-ethinylestradiol, both of which have endocrine disruptive properties, and the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug Diclofenac.
