Condemns all forms of violence against children, and stresses in particular the need to combat the forms of violence most frequently encountered in the Member States: paedophilia, sexual abuse, domestic violence, corporal punishment in schools and other forms of abuse in institutions; calls for reliable, confidential, accessible mechanisms to be put in place to allow children in all the Member States to report violence, and for those mechanisms to be given wide publicity;
115. veroordeelt elke vorm van geweld tegen kinderen en onderstreept met name de noodzaak de meest voorkomende vormen van geweld in de lidstaten te bestrijden: pedofilie, seksueel misbruik, geweld in het gezin, lijfstraffen in scholen en verschillende vormen van misbruik in instellingen; dringt erop aan dat betrouwbare, vertrouwelijke en toegankelijke mechanismen worden ingevoerd waarmee de kinderen in alle lidstaten geweld kunnen melden, en dat aan deze mechanismen veel ruchtbaarheid wordt gegeven;
